Article 7. Changes - Product Returns

Par. 1) Change of Products
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
The charge of the change concerns the first change of products and is charged to the customer and the cost is € 5.00. In case of a second change, the costs of returning the product to us as well as the costs of resending the new one are borne exclusively by the customer.
For returns from abroad the return costs are borne by the person making the return.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
[1]. Do not have any damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
[2]. To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly, cards and distinctive labels, etc.)
[3]. Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Par. 2) Change / Return Procedure
The change / return process is simple and is always done by phone with us at +30 26510 81603.
The change process is as follows: After contacting the customer service department, you send us the product to be changed, packed with Speedex Courier without any shipping costs. When we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product (concerns only the first change in each order) is borne by the customer. If you wish us to send it to you with your own cooperating transport company, you should know that our company does not bear the costs of transporting the parcel and also does not bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than estimated by the cooperating courier company.

Par. 3) Change Policy
It is clarified that the changes are always made in the initial purchase price of the product with any extra charge that arises as stated above. In case of change, if you do not find a product of equal or greater value than the product you want to return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, equal to the difference that arises.

Article 8. Return of Defective Products

Par. 1) Recognition of Responsibilities
In the cases in which, with proven fault of bobtools.gr, products of poor and / or defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then bobtools.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return as well as the shipping costs. The product must be sent to us, exclusively with the cooperating transport company.

Par. 2) Defective Product Return Procedure
In order to determine if the product is defective you should send us by email at info@bobtools.gr photos of the product, showing the problem in as much detail as possible, in order to be checked by the competent department of our company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged all the costs of transporting the product in addition to those that arise and our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
